1. Information we use
When you sign in, Piki may receive basic account information from your identity provider, such as your name, email address, and profile image. When you create or save a post, Piki stores the prompt, image references, author information, and related activity needed to provide the library.
2. How we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, display and sync your library, protect the service, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
3. Storage and providers
Piki uses managed cloud infrastructure for authentication, database records, and image storage. Information is retained while your account or post remains active, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Analytics
When enabled on the web version, Piki uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated usage such as page views, sessions, device and browser information, and approximate region. This helps us improve the service. This integration does not send your prompts, comment text, or Piki account ID to Google Analytics.
5. Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of information associated with your account by contacting us. You can also stop using Piki at any time or restrict analytics cookies through your browser settings.
